I was idly flicking through some old Forever 21 items, when this dress caught my eye - could it be? Is it really? Yes! The top / skirt combo from ‘Borderline / Open Your Heart’ is actually a dress! Of course it’s not available anymore, sadly, although I think a top like this one from Old Navy paired with a denim skirt is a great way to grab the look now.
